We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Mugs must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. Are your mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes. All Coffelisse mugs are microwave and top-rack dishwasher safe. However, hand washing is recommended to preserve the beauty of the design longer.
6. What materials are your mugs made from?
We use premium, food-grade ceramic and porcelain that is lead-free and cadmium-free, ensuring safety and durability for daily use.
7. How well do the mugs retain heat?
Our mugs are designed with excellent heat retention, keeping your coffee or tea warm for longer. Thick walls and quality ceramic help maintain the perfect drinking temperature.

13. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

15. What if my mug arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
